Harmony Chapel in Aubrey, Texas is a beautiful wedding venue. The wooden arches and all that light pouring in through the huge glass windows made for a stunning altar for Taryn and Jeremy’s beautiful wedding day this past weekend. Taryn and Jeremy come from big families! Jeremy has six siblings and Taryn has five brothers and sisters, but this was the first wedding for both families so it was an extra-special day.
One of the things I always ask my couples to do for me shortly after their engagement session is to write down their story for me. This can be any way they like: how they met, how he proposed, what you hope your future will look like, really anything. This helps me get to know my couples a little better and gives me a little bit of a window into their relationship which helps me so much when I capture their wedding day and tell their story. Taryn & Jeremy shared with me their favorite verse and why it means so much to them.
“Most of our friends would tell you that we have our lives super together to be able to pull off getting married so young…but it’s really not any doing of our own. We just serve an awesome Savior who has blessed us immeasurably and has never let us go for a moment. ‘Philippians 1:6 I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Christ Jesus.’ God has always seen us through thick and thin and we know He won’t stop now.”
Congratulations, Taryn & Jeremy! I can’t wait to see how God uses you for His GLORY! XOXO, Rebecca
