We had the most beautiful spring day for Elaine & Curt’s Texas wildflower engagement session. The wildflowers at Crowley Park in Richardson were crazy gorgeous and probably the tallest I’ve ever seen! I loved watching these two laugh and just be themselves (one of the reasons I love engagement sessions – a couple in love needs hardly any direction!)
We started down by the pond and it wasn’t long before they were feeling right at ease and got really comfortable in front of the camera. One thing I hear a lot from my couples right before their engagement session is that they are afraid they won’t look natural and they’re not sure how to pose for the photos. I always quickly assure them that I’ve got this! I’ve been at this for awhile now and I love helping my couples look as natural and as beautiful as possible in their photos. At the beginning of the session, I give lots of instruction and guidance, but about 20 minutes into the session, all my couples are relaxed, confident and falling into poses naturally. It’s like magic! The connection is evident and so beautiful to capture!
Elaine and Curt’s Texas Wildflower Engagement Session was so much fun. They both have such a great sense of humor and the sweet love they have for each other is beautiful. Elaine is such a relaxed and easy going bride-to-be and I know their day will be so much fun! I am so looking forward to their wedding in August out at Cross Creek Ranch in Parker, Texas. Congrats, you guys!
