It was such a gorgeous night for Susan and Randy’s Rockledge Park engagement session in Grapevine, Texas. The light was so beautiful on the water and I loved capturing these moments with them. They’re both so easy-going and were great to work with. Due to the little amount of rain we have had lately, the shore of the lake was wide and we were able to walk along the sand and get some great photos in the water along the rocks.

Rockledge Park is one of my favorite locations for engagement sessions because it’s such a different feel and look with the huge natural rocks and cliffs. I grew up on the Jersey Shore, so this feels (just a tiny bit!) like the beach. Okay, not really that much, but I can dream, right? The sun sets right over the horizon along the water line so I always love ending the session with a sunset photo across the water. SO BEAUTIFUL! Thanks, Susan and Randy for making this session so much fun!
