Firefly Gardens Wedding Anniversary | Caroline & Eric

Caroline and Eric celebrated their one year anniversary with an intimate Firefly Gardens wedding session in Midlothian Texas and it was one of my favorite moments yet, to capture! Firefly is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Midlothian and I absolutely love shooting here! I’ve known Eric since he was a little boy and watched him grow up so he feels more like a son to me! Caroline is just as sweet as she can be so being there to capture their Firefly Gardens wedding session was so precious to me. Caroline wanted a first look and when I went out to talk to Eric before I brought Caroline out to him, he told me he was nervous! I almost lost it right there! How precious is that?! When Caroline called him to turn around his face was priceless. As a wedding photographer, these moments are some of my favorites to capture — I mean, that face!!! What a moment! Firefly Gardens is such a beautiful venue and the light falling over the trees and property was so gorgeous! We loved walking by the pond and over the bridge just as the sun was setting over the trees. The red barn and white bridge just popped against the green grass and made everything glowy and so beautiful! Their sunset wedding photos are some of my favorites! These two are adorable and what a fun night this was capturing this day for them! Happy One Year Anniversary, Caroline and Eric!
